To reach a sustainable environment it is not as easy as replacing the equipment we use every single day but also raising the awareness to involve in this global issue as earlier as we can.

A booming industry requires lots of attention from researchers, investors, government and the general public especially in environment relevant issues. This will help the development and accelerate the growth. hiPower as an ESCO, we are not only a fuel cell power generator or equipment provider but nurturing our next generation with a long-term vision.

University is a talent base as always, hiPower provides internship program for senior students since last year; on the other hand, we also have microgrid introduction and field trip program for school curriculum including relevant renewable energy issues, fuel cell, or further professional lectures.

大學院校一直以來都是人才庫，鐙鋒從去年開始便提供名額給高年級的大學生們機會來公司實習，與同學們探討未來的發展與加入氫能研究的行列。另一方面，我們也提供學校綠能及環境相關課程的微電網校外教學參訪及介紹，內容包含相關的環境議題、燃料電池的教學或者是更專業的課程演講。
